Advancing Quality: EAA Completes ISO/IEC 17020:2012 Training Program
Kenya Accreditation Service (KENAS) recently facilitated an internal Implementation Training on ISO/IEC 17020:2012 for East Africa Automobile Company Limited (EAA). This extensive three-day online training took place from July 30 to August 1, 2024, and included participants from multiple EAA global locations such as Japan, the UK, the UAE, Singapore, South Africa, Uganda, Zimbabwe, and Tanzania. The training was conducted by KENAS trainers, with Mr. Michael Talam, Manager Certification and Ms. Beryl Mukhwana, Accreditation Officer for Inspection, leading the sessions.
