KENAS Chairman and the CEO recently participated in the National Productivity and Performance Conference 2026 held at the Kenya School of Government (KSG), Kabete. The conference brought together leaders from the Executive, Legislature, and Judiciary to deliberate on productivity as a key driver of fiscal sustainability and efficient service delivery.

The discussions underscored the importance of building sustainable institutions anchored on visionary leadership, continuous improvement, innovation, accountability, competitiveness, and a strong performance culture. Participants were challenged to embrace transformative approaches that enhance productivity and create greater value for citizens.

In line with the national productivity agenda, the organisation continues to strengthen its institutional capacity through continuous learning, digital transformation, process improvement, and performance enhancement initiatives aimed at delivering greater value to stakeholders.

Through the adoption of emerging technologies, data-driven decision-making, and innovative work processes, KENAS continues to improve operational efficiency, enhance productivity, and align its performance with national public service expectations. These efforts enable the organisation to respond effectively to the evolving needs of industry, government, regulators, and the public.

Our commitment to productivity is further reinforced through stakeholder engagement, leadership accountability, and a culture that encourages innovation, ownership, and measurable results. As the national accreditation body, KENAS remains focused on strengthening Kenya's Quality Infrastructure by building confidence in conformity assessment services and contributing to national development and economic competitiveness.
